How It Works

From box to claim
in under 30 seconds.

No manual data entry. No spreadsheets. IRIS handles the entire inspection-to-claim workflow automatically.

Set Up the Capture Station

IRIS runs entirely in a browser — no app to install. Mount any camera (phone, webcam, or dedicated IP camera) overhead at your returns station. Connect once and you're ready to process returns.

  • Works on iPhone Safari — no app download
  • Compatible with any mounted camera
  • One-time setup under 10 minutes
  • Connects directly to your Amazon Seller account

Place the Package. IRIS Reads It.

Set any returned package under the camera. IRIS instantly reads:

  • LPN numbers (Amazon internal tracking)
  • FBA tracking barcodes
  • Shipment IDs and ASIN references
  • Return shipping labels

The data populates automatically — no typing, no searching, no mistakes. IRIS cross-references the ID against your Seller Central records in real time.

Document the Condition

IRIS captures multiple photos of every return — box exterior, contents, any damage or discrepancies. Every image is:

  • Timestamped to the second
  • Linked to the exact order and customer return ID
  • Stored securely and accessible from your dashboard
  • Ready to attach to a Seller Central claim

This is the step that wins claims. Amazon's reimbursement team requires photographic evidence. IRIS makes sure you always have it.

One Tap. Claim Filed.

With everything captured, tap Submit Claim. IRIS automatically:

  • Opens the correct case type in Seller Central
  • Fills in all order and shipment details
  • Attaches your photos as evidence
  • Submits and logs the Amazon case number

You get a notification when the claim is filed and another when Amazon issues a decision. Track all open and resolved cases from your IRIS dashboard.
